Community and Veteran Events -
Vendor Guidelines

Welcome to C.A.V.E., Community and Veterans Events. Whether you are a new or returning vendor, we are glad to have you as part of our community. C.A.V.E. hosts a series of events that celebrate and support our veterans and their families, non-profits and other worthy causes while also promoting local businesses and artisans.

Please take the time to read over our Vendor Guidelines below.

Vendor Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful event, please read and follow our vendor guidelines, which outline the rules and expectations for participating in our events. These guidelines will help you prepare for the event, ensure a smooth and successful experience, and avoid any potential issues or conflicts.

You are responsible for ensuring that your products and services are of high quality, unique, and appropriate for our events. You are not allowed to sell any food or beverages at your booth, unless you have obtained a special permit from us. You are also not allowed to sell any illegal, offensive, or harmful items, such as weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods. We reserve the right to inspect and remove any products or services that do not meet our standards.

Conduct and liability:

You are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. You are also expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding your business. You are solely liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation in our events. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C.A.V.E. and its partners from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from your actions or omissions.

Promotion and marketing:

You agree to Like & Follow all of C.A.V.E.'s Social Media platforms;

1. FB Page,  2. IGshare the event flyer and promote the event at least (2) two times a month on all your social media outlets, with a link back to www.CommunityandVeteranEvents.com. This will ensure cross promotion of the event and increase visibility of your business. You also agree to allow us to use your name, logo, and images of your products and services for our promotional and marketing purposes. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for these purposes.

Fees and cancellation:

You agree to pay the vendor fee for each event that you participate in. The vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You can pay the fee through our payment options listed on your invoice. If you need to cancel your participation, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the event. If you fail to do so, you may be subject to a cancellation fee or a ban from future events.

By applying to be a vendor for a C.A.V.E. event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at Help@CommunityandVeteranEvents.com. We look forward to working with you!
