Vendor Guidelines
Welcome to C.A.V.E., Community and Veterans Events. Whether you are a new or returning vendor, we are glad to have you as part of our community. C.A.V.E. hosts a series of events that celebrate and support our veterans and their families, non-profits and other worthy causes while also promoting local businesses and artisans.
Please take the time to read over our Vendor Guidelines below.
Vendor Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and successful event, please read and follow our vendor guidelines, which outline the rules and expectations for participating in our events. These guidelines will help you prepare for the event, ensure a smooth and successful experience, and avoid any potential issues or conflicts.
Products and services:
You are responsible for ensuring that your products and services are of high quality, unique, and appropriate for our events. You are not allowed to sell any food or beverages at your booth, unless you have obtained a special permit from us. You are also not allowed to sell any illegal, offensive, or harmful items, such as weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods. We reserve the right to inspect and remove any products or services that do not meet our standards.
Conduct and liability:
You are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. You are also expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding your business. You agree to obtain all necessary permits to operate your booth at the event, including valid Food Handler cards for all booth staff. Additionally, you confirm that your booth will meet all health and safety standards and pass any required inspections on the day of the event. You are solely liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation in our events. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C.A.V.E. and its partners from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from your actions or omissions.
Promotion and marketing:
You agree to Like & Follow all of C.A.V.E.'s Social Media platforms;
1. FB Page, 2. IG, share the event flyer and promote the event at least (2) two times a month on all your social media outlets, with a link back to www.CommunityandVeteranEvents.com. This will ensure cross promotion of the event and increase visibility of your business. You also agree to allow us to use your name, logo, and images of your products and services for our promotional and marketing purposes. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for these purposes.
Fees and cancellation:
You agree to pay the vendor fee for each event that you participate in. By submitting any form of payment for an event hosted or managed by C.A.V.E., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with C.A.V.E.'s Vendor rules. The vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment can be paid via your Vendor Form. If you need to cancel your participation, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the event. If you fail to do so, you may be subject to a cancellation fee or a ban from future events.

To maintain a diverse selection of vendors and products, the number of representatives per brand will be determined by the size and nature of the event. Direct sales brands such as Mary Kay, Avon, Partylite, and Scentsy will typically be limited to one representative per event, unless otherwise specified.

The first vendor to submit payment will be accepted. In the event that multiple vendors from the same brand apply, or if a vendor's products are not aligned with the event theme, fees will be refunded within 30 days of notification.
