The following section is for Food Vendors ONLY

I am a Food Vendor: I will be selling the following

If you are a Food Vendor, these are the definitions we are using.


Main Dish Vendors: This category includes vendors selling a variety of prepared meals, such as burgers, sandwiches, tacos, burritos, pizza, pasta dishes, bowls, salads with substantial protein, and other options designed as a complete meal.


Beverages/Snacks Vendors: This category includes vendors offering a variety of drinks and small bites, such as coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, bottled beverages, popcorn, chips, pretzels, nuts, fruit cups and other grab-and-go snacks.


Desserts: This category includes vendors specializing in sweet treats, such as cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pastries, pies, ice cream, frozen yogurt, candies, chocolates, and other delectable indulgences.

Food License Requirements

Food Safety Requirements & Payment Terms:

  • A non-refundable vendor fee is due at the time of application submission. This fee covers the cost of processing your application and reserving your space at the event.

  • Before your application can be fully approved, you must provide proof of compliance with all Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department food safety regulations, including a valid food handler's permit and any other required licenses.

  • This documentation MUST be submitted at least TEN (10) business days prior to the event. Failure to provide this documentation by the deadline will result in you forfeiting your vendor space and your non-refundable fee. You will not be allowed to set up or participate in the event.

Community Resources and Service Providers, we welcome your participation in our C.A.V.E. event! Please complete the appropriate application below:

  • Community Resource Application: For organizations offering free services or support.

  • Service Provider Application: For businesses selling products or services.​

Community Resource Definition & Participation Options

C.A.V.E. defines a Community Resource as:

An organization that provides services or support to individuals at no cost. These organizations do NOT charge fees or accept payment for their services.

If your organization meets this definition and is interested in participating in our event, please complete the application below.


Important Note:

We understand that some community resources may have limited budgets. If your organization is unable to pay the standard vendor fee, we offer volunteer opportunities in exchange for participation in our event. For more information about volunteering with C.A.V.E., please email us at CAVE_WA@outlook.com.
